How and where do I receive my order?
At this time, we offer free UPS ground shipments to the Irving office on all orders placed online. UPS Freight charges will apply to other office locations. Once an order is submitted online, you will be notified via email a confirmation of the order placed.
Can I get a refund or return an item?
All imprinted apparel items are considered custom and cannot be returned.
What payment methods are accepted?
Currently Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Net terms payments are accepted.
Can I pay by personal check or cash?
No, only personal credit cards are accepted at this time for personal purchases.
When is payment due for my personal order?
Full payment is due the day the order is placed. We will call for the card info.
